Shipping Times

We aim to provide you with accurate delivery estimates during the checkout process. However, it's important to note that these estimates are provided for your convenience and are intended as approximations rather than guaranteed delivery times.

 

Within Canada

We are happy to provide budget-friendly shipping rates, offering various options from letter mail to express parcel services. Please be aware that tracking is not available for letter mail shipments.

 

US/ International Orders

We provide worldwide shipping for all our customers.

 

Lost / Stolen Packages

While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery process for your packages, it's important to note that we are not held responsible for lost packages. Additionally, we cannot provide refunds for lost packages or delays in shipping caused by courier errors or mishandling.

 

Return to Sender Packages

Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will reach out to the customer to confirm the correct address. Once the correct address is obtained, we will reship the package for shipping charges at the customer's expense.

 

Delivery Attempts: 

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts by the carrier, we will contact the customer to arrange for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply, which will be the customer's responsibility.

 

Duty Fees and Taxes

International Shipments:

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable duty fees, taxes, or customs charges imposed by their respective country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

 

Payment Responsibility: If a package is held at customs due to unpaid duty fees or taxes, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange payment and clearance. Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges incurred, as well as any additional fees imposed by customs.

All sales are considered final, and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for purchased items and cannot be held responsible for any lost packages. Additionally, we are unable to provide refunds for lost packages or due to delays in shipping caused by the courier's error or mishandling.
